1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Neyo Travels & Logistics Ltd acts as an agent on behalf of airlines, tour operators, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and tickets/vouchers are issued. We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile money, and supported credit/debit cards.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.). Neyo Travels will assist in processing cancellations, but standard provider penalties and our administrative fees will apply.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
