Refund Policy

1. General Refund Guidelines

At Neyo Travels & Logistics Ltd, we strive to ensure our clients are fully satisfied. However, travel services are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Visa processing fees and embassy charges.
  • Administrative and agency service fees.
  • Non-refundable flight tickets as determined by the airline.
  • Last-minute hotel cancellations.

3. Flight Cancellations

If an airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund or a rebooking. If you choose to cancel a refundable ticket, the refund will be processed minus the airline's cancellation fee and our processing fee.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds can take anywhere from 14 to 45 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the service provider and your bank.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@neyotravels.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation.
